A1. As a Country Living Subscriber you will be able to access two main services, The Rural Agent Database to locate specialist rural agents in the UK and The Rural Property Auctions Service to view rural properties for sale at auction or by informal tender.

Q2. What information is in the Rural Agent Database?
A2. This well researched database contains both rural property agents and specialists across the UK. Each entry contains contact details, web site and email addresses wherever possible. The database is searchable by County. 

Q3. What information is in the Rural Property Auctions Service?
A3. Every day we obtain information from auctioneers throughout the UK who are selling a wide variety of properties. From this information we search for purely rural properties and place the information into the Rural Property Auctions Database providing you with a truly valuable additional source of properties. 

Q4. What information will I see for the properties for sale?
A4. Every property in The Rural Property Auctions database is presented with a brief description of the property, photograph wherever available, guide price, date and location of sale and contact details for the auctioneer or agent handling the sale.

Q5. I have never bought at auction before - Is it different?
A5. Yes it is, although it is always worth remembering that some properties are sold prior to auction if a vendor is agreeable. If you have never bought at auction before we have prepared a FREE Buyers Guide available on the site to guide you through the process.

Q6. Do you send me property lists out in the post?
A6. No. All the property information is available through the web site. This ensures that we keep our costs as low as possible for you.
